📋 Data Source & Technical Boundary Disclosure

PainScout operates strictly as a real-time, public business intelligence (OSINT) indexing layer. The platform aggregates public digital assets and metadata that have been intentionally placed in the open internet domain by their respective authors (including public version control commit headers, open software registries, and public web directories).

PainScout does not bypass technical firewalls, does not log into restricted private accounts, and does not decrypt secure access keys.

⚖️ Outbound Compliance & Third-Party Indemnification

PainScout is purely a data infrastructure provider and does not execute, configure, or initiate outbound marketing communications or messaging sequences.

Subscribers maintain absolute, 100% operational and legal liability for how they choose to utilize the research data logs. All outreach campaigns must strictly comply with local regional laws (including the US CAN-SPAM Act and European GDPR frameworks). By accessing this service, the user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PainScout and its operators from any third-party claims or regulatory inquiries stemming from the user's outbound communication choices.
